compiles with gfortran and runs but not yet checked output is identical - I had to make quite a few changes

removing leftover code that skipped lines outseide depth raneg in a hard-wired way. Now done before we get to the fortran code

changed read in of data so that nutrient data is red from the correct line of the file now that we are producing files without lines for depths we are not interested in

removing many of teh separate read statements so that it only reads the domain file etc. once per year rather than for each profile

using restart dumps between each year to avoid moving back to initial conditions, while allowing large parallel runs
